Welcome to Nest! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our app, website, and services (collectively, "Nest", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Nest, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Nest is a platform that connects couples planning their weddings with event vendors (e.g., photographers, florists, planners). We facilitate connections, but do not control or guarantee the quality, performance, or legality of services provided by vendors or the commitments made by couples.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Nest.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You agree not to impersonate anyone or provide false information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Nest community.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Use Nest for any unlawful purposes.
• Misuse or interfere with Nest’s functionality.
• Harvest user data without permission.
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Nest reserves the right to remove any content or account that violates these rules or damages the reputation of the platform.

5. Payments & Transactions

Nest does not handle payments between couples and vendors. We are not a party to any service agreement between users. All transactions, pricing, disputes, and terms are managed independently between the parties.

6. No Guarantees

Nest provides a platform as-is, without warranties or guarantees of success, availability, or compatibility. We are not responsible for:

• The actions or inactions of any user.
• Cancellations, delays, or poor service from any vendor.
• Events outside our control (e.g., outages, bugs).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nest and its owners, officers (including the CEO), employees, or agents will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Lost profits, data, or business interruptions.
• Disputes between users.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Nest is to stop using the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on Nest is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, use, or distribute our content without permission.

You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant Nest a non-exclusive license to use it for operating the platform and promoting your profile (e.g., on featured vendor pages).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Nest at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll notify users via the app or email. Continued use of Nest means you accept the updated terms.
