Terms & Condition

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nest platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nest is a platform that connects freelancers ("Service Providers") with clients ("Service Requesters") for the completion of projects. Nest is not a party to any agreements between Service Providers and Service Requesters.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account

4. Service Fees and Payments

• Nest charges a service fee on completed projects
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Service Requesters must pay for services through the platform
• Service Providers will receive payment after project completion and client approval
• Any attempt to circumvent the payment system is prohibited

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Transfer your account to another party
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
• Distribute viruses or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities

6. Intellectual Property

• Nest retains all rights to the platform and its content
• Service Providers retain ownership of their work until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the Service Requester unless otherwise agreed
• You grant Nest a license to use your content for platform operations

7. Disputes

Nest may assist in resolving disputes between users, but we are not obligated to do so. Any disputes must be reported within 30 days of project completion. Our decision in disputes is final.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in the past six months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
